Authentic Konyak multi strand belt

Naga tribal belt composed of multiple strands of colored glass paste beads and natural shell pendants arranged along the lower edge.

This type of ornament is attributed to the Konyak tribe, known for its richly colored ceremonial jewelry and for the use of beads as a symbol of prestige. Multi-strand belts like this were traditionally worn by women during festivals and dances.

Good condition, with age-consistent patina and small chips on the shells hanging at the bottom.
