Resi

The customer has the right to return the goods within 10 days of receiving the parcel.
To exercise the right of return, the product must be returned intact, unused and complete with all its original parts and packaging.

Costs of Shipping

Domestic shipping: €10

Shipping to European Union countries: €20

For items of large dimensions, the cost may vary and will be communicated to the customer before the confirmation of the order.

In Italy: 1-2 working days

In European Union countries: 2-3 working days
The times indicated are approximate and may vary in the event of public holidays or unforeseen circumstances related to the delivery service.

Tracciabilità della Spedizione

All shipments are trackable. The customer will receive a link to track the status of the parcel as soon as the shipment is taken over by DHL.
