Chinese Embossed Silver Ring

Old Chinese “opera” ring in silver with repoussé work on the front and engravings on the sides.
These rings were worn by Chinese ladies during evenings at the theatre.
The front features floral and decorative motifs in repoussé.
The ring size is adjustable from 56 to 58 (7 1/4 – 8 US), while the inner diameter is 17 mm (0.67 in). The front section measures 2 cm (0.79 in) in height.
